Nicole Ferrill, ARNP provides comprehensive evaluation and management of neurological conditions alongside Dr. Anil Dhuna, M.D., FAAN, FAASM, and Dr. Rahul Khanna, M.D., FAANEM, at Iowa Neurology & Sleep. She provides clinical evaluation of Alzheimer’s disease, chronic migraine, sleep disorders, neuropathy, and epilepsy among other neurological conditions. Nicole has received specialized training in headache management, including the use of BOTOX® injections for chronic migraine, and plans to obtain certification in Inspire® therapy for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. She will be collaborating with the Inspire and ENT teams to expand this advanced sleep care service for local patients.
Nicole is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner earning her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Allen College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. Her diverse nursing background includes experience in medical-surgical care, emergency medicine, labor and delivery, and pediatrics. Prior to joining Iowa Neurology & Sleep Clinic, she practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner for eight years, where she developed a strong interest in neurological medicine.
Nicole grew up in eastern Iowa and now lives in the region with her husband and children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, hiking, and fishing.
